If the season were to start today here is where I would have each team ranked. Rankings have been adjusted according to certain athletes enrolling early in college (i.e. [player_tooltip player_id="28700" first="Drew" last="Carter"] QB- Tigard) or individuals playing another season out of state. As the year gets closer there will be a much more extensive look at each of the teams and their top players.
Also referenced here will be teams and coaches who are notable and could have breakout seasons
