Streaking St. Augustine Ready For Columbia
When St. Augustine takes on Lake City Columbia on Friday night, two hot 6A teams will be battling to move on in the Race For Tallahassee.

Lake City Columbia, which had a losing record for much of the year –has overcome the 0-5 start to win six straight.
On the other side of the field is a team that has been equally as impressive during this 9-2 season, have strung eight consecutive together.
Impressive wins over top programs – and scoring plenty of points has put this St. Augustine program in a position to make a huge run as they get ready for Lake City Columbia, a team that has plenty of playoff lineage as well.

HOW THEY GOT TO 9-2
In spite of losing to 4A power Jacksonville Bolles (40-23) and 8A playoff program Bartram Trail (35-21), this has been a productive year.
Wins over Middleburg (49-0), Flagler Palm Coast (27-7), Palm Coast Matanzas (56-21), Ponte Vedra Nease (49-16) and Palatka (51-7) in the regular season. Then, Lynn Haven Mosley (38-24), defending state runner up Pensacola Escambia (48-27) and Pace (34-7) has this team on a roll.
