Week 4 kicked off last night and we had a good matchup between Upper St. Clair and Peters Township. Here are five players that had a standout game.
Peters Township – <strong>Michael Peyton</strong> (JR) Running Back/Linebacker 5’10 190: Michael has some quickness with decent speed. good size. Runs low through the hole. Physical and a hard runner keeps feet moving on contact. He had 27 carries for 138 yards and a touchdown. Unfortunately, he got injured early 4<sup>th</sup> quarter and did not return. Believed to be a linebacker at the next level.
Upper St. Clair – <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27387" first="Ethan" last="Dahlem"] </strong>(SR) Quarterback 5’10 173: Ethan was very effective in the running game with the 1<sup>st</sup> play of scrimmage being a 52-yard run. He had 2 rushing touchdowns, the 1<sup>st</sup> being within a minute into the game. Ethan wasn’t effective in the passing game until he threw a 41-yard touchdown mid-4<sup>th</sup> quarter to make it a one-score game.
Peters Township – <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27235" first="Corban" last="Hondru"]</strong> (SR) Linebacker 6’1 225: Corban had a few tackles including a safety 4 minutes into the 1<sup>st</sup> quarter. Recovered a fumble early 4<sup>th</sup> quarter.
*Other Note: He had 4 catches 1 catch being for 25 yards. Had converted a crucial 4<sup>th</sup> down punt fake late 4<sup>th</sup> quarter to let Peters Township run out the clock.
Peters Township – <strong>Donovan McMillon </strong>(SR) Safety 6’2 200: Donovan had few tackles. He also recovered a muffed punt with 13 seconds left in the 1<sup>st</sup> half. That lead to a field goal to go up by 1 going into halftime. Ultimately a game-changer, Peters Township did not trail the rest of the game.
*Other Note: He had some productivity on offense with 5 carries and 2 catches.
Peters Township – <strong>Breylen Carrington</strong> (SR) WR/DB: Breylen had 1 carry for 26 yards late 1<sup>st</sup> quarter. He also had 5 catches with 1 being a crucial 4<sup>th</sup> down conversion leading to a touchdown.
