PrepRedzoneMN Players of the Week: Week 3

Depending on the teams schedule and if COVID has affected any games, we are about halfway through this 2020 season in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. Although things are flying by in this already shortened season, we are now at the exciting point of "Midseason Highlight Tapes" and the best teams in the state are starting to hit their stride. With this season being preceded with the least amount of structured preparation and practice in a long long time, players are also beginning to shake off some rust and show off all of the hard work they put in this offseason. That means that the play and performances game-by-game are getting better and better, and some preps across the state really went off and put up some crazy individual performances this past Friday and Saturday. Against Sauk Rapids-Rice he made the walk-off, go-ahead, game-winning TD reception to record their first W on the season. If you guys remember, Otto was also on the receiving end of a game-winning, walk-off playoff TD last season against Moorhead. The kid just has a knack for big-time plays in big-time moments, and that's something you can't teach. Against Park of Cottage Grove recorded 34 carries for 183 yards and 4 TDs in an Apple Valley victory. On film he was all over the field on both sides of the football, and trucked more than a few Wolfpack defenders as a ball-carrier. Defensively he was strong at the point of contact, and was patient when navigating through traffic to get to opposing ball-carriers.
