<div>Scrimmages were going around all weekend in Western PA, and we got a chance to go out and check a couple. Here are a couple of players that stuck out to us.</div>
<div></div>
<div>‘21 [player_tooltip player_id="27271" first="Ryan" last="O’Hair"] - OT - South Fayette: Easily the most improved player in the state. The 6’8 Senior gained 60 pounds this off season, and it was clear he put in work. He had the hardest job in the state this weekend; slow down Pitt Defensive End Commit [player_tooltip player_id="27191" first="Nahki" last="Johnson"]. He did that job great. He still doesn’t have quick feet and he is a little stiff, but his pass sets were great, he was physical, and when he got a hold of Johnson, he didn’t let him go. He had a great scrimmage. We had him graded as a D2/FCS player, but he very well may be a FBS player.</div>
<div></div>
<div>‘22 [player_tooltip player_id="27685" first="Deontae" last="Williams"] - ATH - Woodland Hills: A player that made a huge jump from his Sophomore year to Junior year, Williams is a do-it-all QB for the Wolverines. He has a great arm and can throw on the run. His escapability in the pocket is outstanding and he is quick twitched. He will be one to watch. Easily a FBS player if he shows consistency.</div>
<div></div>
<div>‘22 [player_tooltip player_id="27596" first="Pharoh" last="Fisher"] - Serra Catholic - CB: Lock down CB that played great all scrimmage long. He had a verified 4.55 laser 40 in late July. He is a prospect we are watching closely. He was tested deep a couple times and he was all over it. He looked very good at corner this weekend.</div>
<div></div>
<div></div>
<div>‘24 Julian Dugger - Penn Hills - QB: It was quite a day for Penn Hills Football, as they threw out a rest man sensation to start their scrimmage vs noted powerhouse Central Catholic. He looked like he belonged. He will be the next great. He caught our eyes from a field full of D1 players. The Lefty had a lot of zip on the ball and made plays when he tucked it and ran. We are excited to watch him.</div>
<div></div>
<div>‘23 [player_tooltip player_id="27735" first="Rodney" last="Gallagher"] - Laurel Highlands - ATH: The 2 sport star took over the reigns at QB for his team and absolutely went off on offense on the ground. He was sensational in the open field, he is very tough to bring down. At cornerback he broke on the ball well all day and had a pick and multiple PBUs. He could play WR or CB. He is a must-see player.</div>
