Some top New Jersey wide receivers will soon be back in action. For a receiver, there’s not a greater feeling than catching a deep pass or scoring a touchdown. Let’s see which receivers who made an impact last season will be returning once the 2020 season kicks off. Aden Moskovitz, Vernon, Sr. – Moskovitz had a productive junior year for Vernon, accumulating 1,142 yards and 11 touchdowns on 75 receptions. His top performance was a high-scoring affair against Hackettstown where he had a blistering 19 receptions for 294 yards and a TD. He also had 100-plus yards receiving in games against West Milford (175), High Point (118), Mendham (142) and the season finale against Lakeland (150). Moskovitz had two receiving scores apiece in those games. Moskovitz had rushing TDs against Kittatinny and Morris Hills. Anthony Bilotta, Cedar Grove, Sr. – Bilotta is the top returning player with the most touchdowns after a 15-touchdown junior season. In a win over Newark Collegiate last October, Bilotta caught nine balls for 215 yards and four TDs. Bilotta has an incredible motor down the field, and he’s a tough cover for any cornerback one-on-one. [player_tooltip player_id="27924" first="Isaiah" last="Vallderruten"], Roselle, Sr. – Vallderruten enters his senior season following a very productive junior year, finishing with 54 receptions for 901 yards and 11 touchdowns. He had five 100-yard games, including a nine-reception, 141-yard, two-touchdown outing in a win over Spotswood. Vallderruten caught three TD passes and had 134 yards in a win over Highland Park, and he finished with 10 receptions in the season opener against South River. Expect Vallderruten to keep it going for Roselle. [player_tooltip player_id="27884" first="Jayson" last="Raines"], West Orange, Sr. – Raines, a Stanford commit, caught 11 touchdowns last season for West Orange. Listed at 6-foot-3, Raines is a tough cover for a cornerback with his leaping ability and ability to get down the field. He is dangerous in red zone situations, and there’s not much he cannot do at receiver. Expect another productive year for Raines before he heads out west. Dennis Wilson, Parsippany Hills, Sr. – Wilson had a solid junior season for the Parsippany Hills Vikings, finishing with 50 receptions for 802 yards and 10 touchdowns. He caught two touchdown passes apiece in wins over Madison, West Essex and Orange. He had 123 yards receiving on five catches with two TDs against West Essex, and he finished with 100 yards receiving on four catches and two scores in the victory over Madison. [player_tooltip player_id="27988" first="Elijah" last="Steward"], Holy Spirit, Jr. – Steward was an underclassmen who was very productive a season ago for Holy Spirit. He finished with 10 touchdown catches on the year. He caught three TDs in a win over Kingsway last October, and he closed out the year with six receptions for 127 yards and a TD in the Non-Public, Group 2 championship game against St. Joseph (Hammonton). OTHER NAMES Caden Burti, Cherokee Gary Lewis, Delbarton Justin Drews, Watchung Hills George Slattery, Cedar Grove Sean Clapp, Ramapo [player_tooltip player_id="27875" first="Jordan" last="Thompson"], Parsippany Hills
