Nick Walker – OL – Wheaton Warrenville South
What stood out to me the most was Walker’s lower half, his massive legs. That is the kind of lower body that college’s love, just tree trunk legs. He does need to gain some strength in his upper body but once he gets into a collegiate weight room, Walker upper half should catch up to his lower. Technique was very sound. Has plenty of upside.
Jeffrey Lomax – QB – Elgin
What you can’t teach is frame and Lomax has an ideal quarterback size at 6-foot-4-inches, but what he will have to improve on his gaining some good weight as he is very slight at just 175-pounds. A smooth release, but sometimes puts too much into his throws. He’ll have to work on his touch, but the intangibles are there. Threw the ball very well during 1-on-1’s. I would have liked to see Lomax work out as a receiver; he has a classic receiver body.
Nate Thomas Nate Thomas 5'8" | 200 lbs | RB Thornwood | 2021 IL – RB – Thornwood
Like Walker, Thomas posses a thick lower half, one that will help the running back churning for extra yards after contact. He did very well during the speed and agility drills and caught the ball well during passing drills. A reported 470-pound squat does not surprise me at all, arm tackles just wont take this young man down.
Jake Cicero – TE – Glenbard North
Cicero is another young man that has a great frame at 6-foot-5-inches and about 230-pounds. He uses his hands very well, never catching balls off his body. At the next level he will be a very good red zone target, as he shields off defenders well and uses his size to overmatch smaller defensive backs.
Jason Moore – WR – De La Salle
This jitterbug showed exactly why he already had received Division I interest and that should continue. Moore is on the smaller side at just 5-foot-10-inches but if you can’t catch him, it really doesn’t matter. He ran crisp routes and showed off his hands as well. Was very shifty and has tons of potential. Eventually could move to a defensive back.
Others who impressed:
Cole Bradshaw – QB – Mundelion
Philip Hird – QB – Warren THS Gurnee
Hunter Simmons Hunter Simmons 6'4" | 215 lbs | QB Marion | 2021 IL – QB – Marion
Vincenzo Meschi – QB – Bolinbrook

Steven Hein – WR – St. Charles North
Jason Moore – WR – De La Salle
Kyree Shirley Kyree Shirley 6'1" | 180 lbs | QB Freeport | 2021 IL – WR – Freeport
