Defensive end [player_tooltip player_id="25068" first="Will" last="Schweitzer"] switched his commitment from Nebraska to Notre Dame Sunday.
Schweitzer had 130 tackles and and 9 for a loss last season for Los Gatos. He also had two sacks, 21 hurries and three interceptions.
He originally committed to Nebraska on June 11.
Schweitzer is the third player from California in Notre Dame’s 2021 recruiting class, joining [player_tooltip player_id="25025" first="Tyler" last="Buchner"] of Helix and [player_tooltip player_id="25126" first="Chance" last="Tucker"] of Crespi.
He plays defensive end at Los Gatos but was recruited as an outside linebacker by coaches Brian Polian and Mike Elston.
<strong>Class of 2022 star adds pair of Pac 12 offers</strong>
Alemany defensive back [player_tooltip player_id="25237" first="Ephesians" last="Prysock"] was offered by Utah and Arizona State over the weekend.

Prysock played both ways for Alemany as a sophomore last season, racking up 43 tackles on defense and had 163 yards receiving with a touchdown.
He holds six other offers from Florida, LSU, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma and USC.
<strong>Sleeper Orange County running back has two Division 3 offers</strong>
Hayden Cook of Capistrano Valley High in Mission Viejo Tweeted over the weekend that he has offers from Lake Eerie College and Whittier College.
Cook was the secondary running back for the Cougars last season and rushed for 5.5 yards per carry and had two touchdowns. He had a 72-yard touchdown run in a win over Trabuco Hills, who is now in the same league as the Cougars.
Capo Valley’s offensive line has three returning starters and Cook will be the primary ball carrier this season.
<strong>Class of 2024 star lands second offer</strong>
Ryan Pellum of Millikan High in Long Beach received his first scholarship offer from BYU Friday.
The incoming freshman also has offers from Arizona State, Kansas and Nevada.
