Cota can play at the highest level on either side of the ball. As most know he is the brother of UCLA WR Chase Cota and son of 8 year NFL Vet Chad Cota. Earned 2nd team all-conference honors in 2019 after an outstanding offseason. Very explosive for his size with outstanding run after the catch ability. Separates from defenders rather easily at the high school level, huge target over the middle. Recently received his first ACC offer from Georgia Tech.

OFFERS: Air Force, Bucknell, Georgetown, Northern Colorado
Mitchell could end up being one of the most recruited athletes in the state. He is a D1 kid on either side of the football. Accounted for 32 total tackles, 3 sacks, 6.5 tackles for loss and 7 hurries on the year. Also caught 9 passes for 4 TDs offensively. Will abuse defenders if you try and cover him 1 on 1. OFFERS: Portland State
All the potential in the world at 6-5. Only caught 5 passes for 161 yards and 3 TDs earning 2nd team all-league honors in a run-heavy offense. A great athlete with a huge upside and has shown that he is willing to block his tail off for his team. Will be utilized much more with Head Coach Houston Lillard at the helm. [player_tooltip player_id="28733" first="Jalen" last="Ridgeway"] (Central Catholic) 6-3, 210
Phenomenal overall athlete. Will be a three-year all-conference kid. Earned honorable mention all-league honors catching 12 passes for 249 yards and 2 TDs, averaging 20.8 ypc for the state champion Central Catholic Rams this last season. Will only get better at the next level as he adds a little bit of weight to his frame. Outstanding blocker with great balance after the catch, very hard to tackle. Versatile TE that you can also flex out to WR.
[player_tooltip player_id="28749" first="Ethan" last="Evans"] (Gresham) 6-4, 210
Evans had a big year earning 1st team All Mt Hood honors. He is a bigger receiver who essentially plays TE. Gresham will look to get him the ball any chance they get next season. Has outstanding top-end speed when he is in the open field, makes it very hard from LB’s to run him down. Huge target over the middle and a matchup nightmare when you use him at TE or flex him out to WR. Extremely high ceiling for this interesting prospect who could end up playing at 230-250 at the collegiate level.
[player_tooltip player_id="28759" first="Kaanan" last="Huffman"] (West Linn HS) 6-4, 230
OFFERS: Central Washington
Might be even better on the defensive side of the ball - film focuses on Huffman coming off of the edge. An outstanding athlete with good speed. Highly versatile player who can play all over the field, including flexing him out at WR near the goal line to create matchup issues. Will have a breakout senior season, expect his stock to rise heavily over the next few months. Sleeper
Brian Coburn (McKay HS) 6-4, 230
Will be a 2-way, 3 year starter for McKay at the end of his career. Led 5A in sacks as a junior. Legit collegiate prospect. 4.0 student with an absolute motor. 3 sport varsity athlete for the Royal Scots. Outstanding hands and the ability to find holes in the zone, was a sure target for McKay’s balanced attack last season. Very willing blocker, will be a steal for whatever college lands him, high character player. One of the Top TE’s in all of Oregon. Did not leave the field last season for the Royal Scots as he starred on both sides of the ball.
