[player_tooltip player_id="28844" first="Brooks" last="Ferguson"] 6-6 200 QB West Salem HS - Played varsity ball as a freshman. Recently made the transfer to West coming from Central HS. Has all of the size and tools, bringing a host of intangibles to the table, as the son of Western Oregon head coach Arne Ferguson. If given the time in the pocket he will pick defenses apart.

[player_tooltip player_id="28846" first="Cole" last="Prusia"] 6-3 185 DB Tualatin HS- Prusia broke out as a Sophomore earning honorable mention All TRL honors. His overall size and confidence at such a young age were noticeable, in the state’s toughest conference. Look for him to be a multi-year all state athlete.

[player_tooltip player_id="28858" first="Dylan" last="Layne"] 6-2 195 Safety Lake Oswego HS - Another kid who stepped up big in the secondary as a youngster, grabbing honorable mention All-Conference accolades. Layne comes from a talented family and looked good over the off season, physically looking legit.

[player_tooltip player_id="28845" first="Royce" last="Fasel"] 6-0 200 RB/LB Glencoe HS- One of the best players in Oregon. Period. Racked up 1st team all-conference honors on both sides of the football, and was one of the only Sophomores in the NW to be an all-state selection. The question becomes from a size and position standpoint, what does he play in college?

[player_tooltip player_id="28842" first="Jacob" last="Newell"] 6-5 215 TE/OLB Thurston HS- Potential is through the roof as you can’t teach 6-5 215 & athletic. Currently ranked a 3* national recruit by 247, he may have the highest ceiling of any player on this list. With continued progression he could be a Patrick Herbert type recruit before he is done.

[player_tooltip player_id="28863" first="Gavin" last="McGuire"] 6-0 200 SLB/DL Lake Oswego HS - This kid is an absolute disrupter on defense, causing countless problems against the state’s top teams during the playoffs. From a size/position standpoint I don’t know where he is going to play in college, but he has the talent to be the state’s defensive player of the year. He is that good.

[player_tooltip player_id="28849" first="Jae’Sean" last="Pete"] 5-10 180 RB Grant HS- Get him in space and he is a threat to go the distance. Look for a 20+ TD season, after an impressive Sophomore campaign which saw him earn 2nd team All PIL accolades, while carrying the ball 60 times, for 535 yards, and 11 touchdowns.

[player_tooltip player_id="28860" first="Zachery" last="Grisham"] 6-0 200 ATH/Safety Central Catholic HS- Grisham reminds me a lot of the very talented Big Sky (Portland St) and former CC Safety Beau Duronslet. Anyone who played with or against Duronslet knows how big of a compliment that is. His physicality and quicks put him in the D1 conversation.
