With that said, we are going to take a look at the top skill position players from as many districts as possible in the state before fall camps begin.
Some of these players are already receiving college interest, while others are looking to catch the eye of that right coach.
Lucas Marsh – ACGC
ACGC did not throw it much in 2019, completing just nine passes as a team. But when they did, Lucas Marsh was the guy they found.
Marsh caught six passes for 106 yards and a touchdown, averaging almost 18 yards per reception. He also found ways to make plays on defense, picking up 7.5 tackles for loss among his 14 stops with three fumble recoveries.
Domonic Walker – Panorama
Panorama made the decision to use Luke South in different roles last year, handing the quarterback position over to Domonic Walker.
Walker, a Class of 2021 prospect, did not disappoint, throwing for 1,313 yards with 11 touchdowns and just four interceptions. He completed 98 of 184 passes, averaging over 13 yards per completion.
With his feet, Walker added 334 yards to lead the team, while also scoring eight times. He will also have receivers Evan Taylor, Drew Taylor, Lucas Leiferman and Jack Weinkoetz back, as those four combined for over 40 catches and 600 yards.
Kade Polich – Woodward-Granger
Look out for Kade Polich of Woodward-Granger this coming fall.
As a junior, Polich ran for 754 yards and scored seven touchdowns, averaging almost eight yards per carry. With the talented Tate Lettow having moved on, he could be primed for an even bigger role.
Polich also caught six passes last year while recording 11.5 tackles for loss on the defensive side of the ball.
