2021 All Off-Season Team (MO,IL,IN,WI)

One of the perks to being a scout opposed to being a college coach, is that there are zero limitations to when a scout can evaluate prospects in person.  While college coaches are forced to go off film for much of their off-season evaluations, scouts are able to go to any practice, school, event, 7on7, and camp.  Although there have been more limitations than usual due to Covid, I have had a number of opportunities to evaluate prospects in person since January.  Between 7on7’s, Midwest Boom showcases, EFT training sessions, spring workouts, Rise &amp; Fire camps, and the EFT/EdgyTim showcase...I have done in person evaluations on upwards of 1,000 midwest prospects this off-season. Here is my 2021 all off-season team... &nbsp; A couple things to keep in mind when looking at this list... <ol> <li>These are only prospects that I have evaluated in person since January.  There are plenty of players that I like, but are not on this list, because I don’t have a recent in person evaluation of them.</li> <li>I have evaluated over 1,000 prospects in person since January, and there are other standouts who did not make this list.  It would be nearly impossible to include everybody.</li> <li>These are not all D1 prospects.  These are all players that have stood out and will be a good prospect for whatever level they end up playing at (DI-DIII).</li> <li>I will continue to update this list throughout the rest of summer and fall.</li> <li>Prospects that are not from Illinois have their state noted in parenthesis after the HS.</li> <li>Prospects are in no specific order within the position group.</li> </ol> &nbsp;
