- WR/ATH Armani Glass – Merrillville HS
When it comes to having the ball in his hands, Armani is one of the most talented kids in the state of Indiana. He lacks the size that Power 5 teams covet, but he has a Power 5 skill-set in that frame. He can lineup in the slot, or the backfield, and is a threat every time he touches the ball. Along with being a great offensive player, he is one of the best punt and kick returners in the state as well… I would not want to kick the ball his way if I were an opposing coach. There is a ton to like about him as a prospect, and someone is going to get a steal with him a year from now.
- DL Scott Hudson – Carmel HS
There is something about the way Scott plays that makes him a really intriguing prospect. Big man with a good first step and he is extremely disruptive on the defensive front. He is really good with his hands for a HS DL prospect as well. I think the thing that I like most about him is his motor… A lot of big guys take a rest when the play is going away from them, but you consistently see Scott chasing the ball with great effort. When you have a prospect with a good frame, some athleticism, and a motor, you get excited as a college coach and recruiter. I think we will see big things from him in the coming year.
- WR Mason Piening – Westfield HS
Mason had a really productive Jr season with 34 catches, 719 yards, and 5 TD’s as a receiver. He is also a standout in the return game and should be able to contribute on special teams the second he walks on a college campus. Versatile player that is great with the ball after the catch and just an all around playmaker. He is a perfect fit for a slot receiver in a spread offense at the college level. I have a feeling that he will put up even bigger numbers this fall and he is definitely a player to have on your radar.
- DL TJ Newnum – Zionsville HS
TJ doesn’t possess the prototypical measurables that the big time schools are looking for in D-Lineman, but this kid can flat out play. He is a brawler in the trenches and extremely disruptive. Has a lot of twitch for a defensive lineman and his first step gives offensive lineman major problems. Plays the game fast, and is as much of a sideline to sideline player as you will find from an interior DL man. He has a chance to be a great player for someone at the college level.
- OL Jayden Semak – Mishawaka HS
Jayden has good size, plays with great pad level, and is a heck of a downhill run blocker. He does a great job with his hands for a young offensive lineman and has good feet to match. Has a perfect skill-set for his HS offense and could be a great fit for a similar offense at the college level. That being said, he has the ability to play in multiple styles of offense and is a kid to keep a close eye on in the coming year.
- DB Ison Moss – Decatur Central HS
As a defensive backs coach there are a number traits that you look for in any player that you recruit, and Ison checks a lot of those boxes. Above average height and length for the position, fluid hips, ability to come to balance in space, and good speed are a few of the areas that he excels in. When fully developed at the college level, he has a chance to be a be a physical force in the secondary in addition to his coverage ability. When you are looking for upside in a young DB prospect, Ison has it. I am excited to watch him in the coming year.
- OL William Rinker – Chesterton HS
If you are looking for a massive offensive tackle with upside, William could be your guy. Listed at 6’7″ 305 on his Hudl, he is a prospect that has the prototypical size for a college OT. Like most HS prospects his size, he still has some getting used to his frame and developing to do, but you cannot ignore his upside. He is a prospect that you could be hearing a lot about a couple years from now.
