<p><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">There is absolutely, positively no surprise at the top of Class AA this offseason. Two-time defending champion Caledonia warrants the No. 1 ranking, and in all likelihood, the Warriors would be the top team if they bumped up to Class AAA too.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>Owen King</strong> headlines seven offensive starters who return for the Warriors in 2017. King is undefeated (28-0) as a starting quarterback, having already thrown for 5,300 yards and 92 touchdowns in his two varsity seasons. His two favorite targets from last season – <strong>Andrew Goergen</strong> and <strong>Jordan Burg</strong> – both return, as well as three offensive linemen.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">The Warriors defense has a few more holes to fill, especially in the trenches. <strong>Brent Robley</strong> returns at tackle, but the loss of <strong>Ezekiel Ott</strong> and two other linemen could make them more vulnerable against the run next season.</span></span></p>
