Baker has continuously improved throughout his career and has gotten better each year. He’s got the power where you need and can bounce around, but I really felt like he took off when he started at guard. He’s smart, understands how to pick up blitzes, and does a good job keeping his hands on the inside. He stepped in as an underclassman and learned with bullets flying, always held his own, and eventually became the one defenses had to work around.
