Another exciting playmaker out wide is Zach Shipman Zach Shipman 6'1" | 185 lbs | ATH Eau Claire North | 2026 State WI of Eau Claire North. Zach was able to start things off with a good combine running a 4.72 40 and a 4.33 shuttle time, but it was more of what we saw during the actual 1v1 reps that solidified Zach’s next level capabilities. When things got real it seemed like Shipman played even faster than he was timed. His short area burst to create space quickly caught my eyes a couple times. I was also super impressed by how physical he was as he fought through some aggressive DBs to still get his hands on the ball and secure the catch. Zach is a versatile athlete and it was great to see him turn his day into an offer from UW- Oshkosh.

Zach is a WR that is well worth a watch on tape, and should be a skill player that coaches want to get in for camps. He is coming off a season where he led the team in receiving with a 45/596/6 stat line. The playmaker also contributed on the ground where he added another 8 TDs. Zach brings a natural playmaking ability to the field. The ability to find a way to make something out of nothing, or turn good plays into highlight reel plays. Out wide you see the smooth athleticism and route running from his excellent balance and body control. The junior has trustworthy hands in traffic and the speed he plays with is more than effective for this level and the next. Dive into his highlight reel.

This is another situation where the signs seem to point towards a 2026 having the chance to have a huge role on varsity. EC North graduated every player who threw a pass in 2022. So, the next man up may be the sophomore QB Zach Shipman Zach Shipman 6'1" | 185 lbs | ATH Eau Claire North | 2026 State WI . The 6′ 165 lbs sophomore isn’t the biggest prospect, at least not yet. However, his arm talent may be ready for Fridays. Watching through his freshman highlights, it is clear the ball jumps out of his hand thanks to natural arm strength. The freshman tape also shows that he is a dual threat when pressured. I’m intrigued by the incoming sophomore. I’ll be tuned in to see if he has earned the starting job.
