This is a guy who we have been covering for a long time. Ruffin is a stud who knows how to get busy when he needs to come up and make a tackle. Ruffin has a true frame that allows him to be able to come up and make solid tackles on guys no matter how much weight he is giving up. We also know that Ruffin is a player who has the ability to get out there and cover. He was clocked at a 4.57 in the 40-yard dash at the Under Armour Combine in Nashville, Tennessee this past summer. Here is a guy who has those long arms to be able to shed blocks when he is on a blitz. He also has the good body movements you need to drop back and play safety. However, with his size and speed, we think that outside linebacker would be a more valuable position for him.
