Zach had a strong fall 2024 season for Manchester Essex. He is another impressive athlete at the QB position.
Zach shows good arm strength and will take shots throwing the ball down the field. He does a nice job of throwing the ball accurately when outside the pocket. Zach also has the mobility and athleticism to create big plays on the ground. Overall, I really like Hurd’s skill set. I believe if he continues to work on his footwork and throwing mechanics he will be a college prospect.
