Few players across the state can take over a game quite like McBryde, who had five performances in which he averaged over 10 yards a carry this season. That included a two-game stretch at the end of the year in which he had over 550 yards and eight touchdowns on just 23 carries. He’s a balanced runner with speed to bounce to the edge and power to get through arm tackles.

McBryde was probably just a whiff on our part, as the St. Pauls running back has nearly 3,000 rushing yards and we still didn’t have him ranked until recently. That being said, once I got into his film, I came away impressed. He has good speed to burn and the ability to break arm tackles and hit the hole with some acceleration and power.
