About Xayvion

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

On offense I’d have to say that I’m a route runner and deep threat. I think my speed and route running set me apart from others by far. My jump ball game is good too. I can turn a 50/50 ball into a 75/25 ball even though I don’t look it.On defense I’m like a ball hawk. I love playing safety and just sitting then breaking on the ball.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m very hyped. Always want to win and never gonna back down. Can have a bit of a mouth sometimes but that’s what the game does to you. When it comes down to it though, I am very calm and composed.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’ve gotten Honor Roll all 4 quarters last year and all through middle school. While in middle school I did do some after school community service things for my school. I am also in a committee for rules and other matters in our school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Definitely leadership. I do however have plenty of community service hours. I always love to give back to the community that supports me and my team. God blessed me so I love to bless others.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Definitely when I was first pulled up to varsity and now competing with others since we now have a Southwestern-Frewsburgh merger. When I was first pulled up it was hard adjusting to the size of guys. But after 1 game I got in the groove and started understanding. Now that this merger happened there is an addition of a JV team. I was moved back down but I am projected to be pulled back up.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college where I will start or make an impact, a big college (D1-D2), a college with good academics and a college with decent NFL talent or promise (being able to play at the next level).
