would get a vote from me. He’s up 17 pounds of muscle since December and looked impressive. He swears he’s an offensive player–and some of his footwork and agility make my second guess myself a little bit–but I still see him as an Outside Linebacker down the line. Time will tell, but he was excellent all afternoon.

Weems has a deep bag of skills that consist of linebacker, running back, and wide receiver. He is a well rounded athlete that is developing into something special. Great size, hands, physicality, IQ, and toughness. Offensively, he can be a terror out the backfield as a bigger RB, or line up outside and be a huge target in the air. Defensively, he has a natural feel for LB or be a nuisance off the edge.
