of Fargo Davies. You could really tell the arm talent that doesn’t get seen a lot in his HS offense come to fruitition in the reps I was able to watch. I was intrigued by the arm strength that Xavier has at his disposal as he provided assurance with his pass-catchers that the ball would come to their hands with some sting power to it which was seen on short and intermediate routes persistently at Sunday night’s 7v7 tryout as the precision was also solid in the reps I watched. He just locked in his first JUCO offer last week as the 6’2 225 pounder is one that impresses me with the upside he could grow over the coming years.

Xavier is the card-dealer of the Fargo Davies wing-T offense who dealt some great hands on Friday night with his running backs and fullback for the Eagles. Obviously in that offense you need to have elite vision to see how the defense is lined up and the Eagles were able to break some big chunk plays in their dominating 41-19 and that starts with Xavier. He is one with a great football IQ with that being said plus I feel he has a lot of upside left to prove in the college ranks over the next couple of years as a prospect that doesn’t have an offer yet that should be playing on Saturdays.

Xavier was a 2026 QB prospect out of Fargo Davies that certainly in the early drills from evaluating him, passed my eye test at 6’2 205 pounds based on his athletic frame he showed off. He also showed off some intriguing testing numbers in the 40-yard dash. Where Xavier flashed in my eyes was in our Indy drills, as I was impressed with his mobility at his size and his throwing mechanics showed off a QB prospect that has plenty of upside to grow into. He also showed off a quick release and good poise that will continue to develop with two more years of high school football at his disposal. I will be waiting to see more tape out of this young man over the coming months.
