Recent Offers: Eastern Oregon
Scholes should find his home inside in college at either center or guard, and is an excellent run blocker with natural strength/bend in and out of his stance and shows he can combo to the second level and is comfortable blocking in the open field/pulling across the LOS. He shows good strength to sustain blocks and remain in his frame in pass protection and is a high IQ player that should continue to see NAIA/D3+ schools come in and offer through his final prep season.
Scholes is one of the top offensive lineman across Idaho and checks into our prospect rankings of the top five player his position. He’s extremely powerful and strong at the point of attack that plays with natural bend, good initial explosion and can create vertical push off the line. He has a strong lower half and plays with a consistent base within his frame and shows nasty finish abilities at the first two levels while able to block at the second level comfortably. He is a very well rounded prospect that should find his home inside in college and is another kid that should see his stock rise through the Summer and Fall.
Scholes is a big-time player on the offensive line for Post Falls as the junior is able to anchor against the pass rush. He is an absolute road grater on the offensive line with the ability to really climb to the second level and play with great leverage.
Scholes checks into our ranks as a top five player at his position in his class and is a true interior mauler up front that has heavy hands, a quick set and wins with leverage and initial power at the POA and shows some under-rated athleticism for his size and will only continue to grow and develop. In the run game, he has a quick first step, shows good leg drive through contact and can pull when needed/get to the second level with the proper angles and finish with violent intentions. He should start to draw college interest at the D3+ level as he should find his home at the interior offensive line position in college.
Scholes is a big kid with a strong lower half and is a true North and South blocker and excels when playing in the box and in tight windows. He does a good job at using defenders weight against them and understands leverage when finishing blocks downfield. He is a still developing prospect that has room to grow but checks into our current rankings the top five player at his position and will be a name to watch out for along the offensive line come this Fall.
