Knudsen has great length and size at the TE position. His ability after the catch as an athlete is more comparable to a WR which is scary at his size. He is able to make 50-50 balls more like 70-30 with his catch radius. He is also a disruptor on defense, getting into passing lanes and hunting down ball carriers.

Wyatt has flourished as a defensive end for the West Fargo Packers thus far in the 2026 season, but is another that brings two-way position flexibility on both sides of the ball as a pass-catcher too. Wyatt shows off an excellent first step for his 6’6 now 230 pound frame that can create chaos in the bacxkfield with his rangy steps he has at his disposal that brings a ton of force when he makes his tackles. That wirey twitch that Wyatt has when he gets off blocks should also be really eye-catching those recruiters at the Division 1 level as he some of the best get off hands I have seen in his class in the Dakotas. The strength that Wyatt has in his hands show off the release you want as a pass-rusher that is very balanced with what you see stopping the run game too. The more I watch the tape from this season, the more position flexibility there is for this young man on the defensive side of the ball as our #1 overall prospect in North Dakota amongst 2028s.

Football: 1-2 record. Wyatt came up big on Friday night in the 35-21 win over Minot. Knudsen had two touchdowns, an interception, a sack, and a blocked punt. He was all over the field!

Basketball: A bruising forward and one of the toughest in ND. Wyatt bangs bodies, crashes the boards, and handles the dirty work, then turns around and hangs a double-double. Physical, relentless, and built for the grind is Mr. Knudsen!

Football: 0-2 record. The strong, physical, and talented Knudsen has 11 catches for 189 yards, and 2 receiving touchdowns.

Basketball: One of the strongest & toughest forwards in Class AA, full-contact & scrappy player, will do the dirty work, but can also put up Double-Double #’s, as physical as they come

Wyatt is my TE1 in the 2028 class and showed 11AAA why that is the case. The 6’6 220 pounder has outstanding size for the tight end position and the tape doesn’t take long to show you how secure this young man’s hands are when the ball comes his way. Even as a route-runner, I was impressed with how fluid the movement was that Wyatt had within his routes as his length clearly provides more seperation ability as a tight end that is light on his feet along the edges of the field. An All-Stater as a sophomore in 11AAA should tell you the ceiling is high for this young man.
