has been a force to be reckoned with on the trenches for South St. Paul. An impressive athlete for his size, Henderson boasts a 355 lb max bench, a 315 lb max clean, and a 405 lb max squat, showcasing an impressive balance of full-body strength on the OL. Henderson shows an impressive level of speed on the OL, winning his reps often with quick burst, often generating jarring power on his blocks, and proving fast enough to be utilized as a proficient run-blocker to create big lanes in the run game. Henderson should remain a vital component to the Packers’ success in the run-game and could boost his stock by the end of his senior season as a viable interior-OL prospect to go after.

A two-sport varsity athlete (Football/Wrestling) and a two-way athlete for the Packers, Henderson has long been solidified as one of the best prospects in his class. Boasting a 4.0+ GPA and a District Defensive Lineman MVP award, Henderson is a force on the gridiron. He’s got a lot of tape as a DT, and it’s very impressive. Henderson is a quick 270, who is explosive off the LOS and plays with a fantastic pad level. He’s got a high motor, working hard to break the LOS through the whistle. He’s also got some great tape as a guard. On offense, Henderson plays with a mean streak, lighting up defenders and putting them in the dirt. He could likely play either at the next level and see great success. Keep an eye out for this underrated trench dog going forward.

might be better suited as a DT, but his power and prowess on the line makes him equally suitable as a Guard. Henderson has the burst and footwork to be a pull blocker, easily able to pick up moving targets down the field to open up a big lane for the RB. A ferocious player who loves contact, Henderson is a lineman who plays with grit and tenacity in 1-on-1 situations, and he possesses the second gear to drive through defenders and excel on his block as well as filling his gap on defense. Henderson is one of the toughest players on the trenches in the state, and his stock should continue to surge heading into his senior season.
