Files demonstrates good hand placement and the ability to drive his opponents out of running lanes. He excels in combo blocking, effectively double-teaming first-level defenders and then working his way up to engage second-level defenders. Additionally, he plays with a natural balance and strong football IQ, which helps protect his quarterback from defenders.
