Brown was arguably the top dual threat quarterback in the state this season with 1975 passing yards with 16 touchdowns and 970 rushing yards with 21 touchdowns.

He had one of the best arms at the Elite 11 Regional in LA last spring and was one of the more mechanically sound quarterbacks at the event. Brown has good pocket awareness and is dangerous when he decides to take off running. He is signed with West Virginia.
