About William

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Physical Runner that's tough to take down. Multiple broken tackles each carry, and hits the open holes wide open. Can also hit the slot and I have great hands. Quick and very shifty.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am not a big talker, but I do provide leadership by leading by example. I stand on my morals and that speaks for itself. I am a believer in doing things for the team and will fill any role I have to make my team better. I'll take the hits for my teammates and give them as well. I am laid back outside of sports and love having the opportunity for quiet time on the river or lake fishing.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am very involved in my Youth group at church.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a very dedicated team player. Throughout my career as an athlete, I have always been open to trying and learning all the positions on the field. Through my growth I stand on my morals, encourage other guys to do the same, while being a team player in everything I do. I believe that my character alone is why I'm a leader and I walk my talk.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My Mom is a high school softball coach. We have moved to 3 different schools in the past 6 years. I have had to be the new guy, and prove myself everywhere I go. Even when there has been town favorites. I have proven to be a hard nose player, gotten the starting position, and made the big plays that was needed. I have not only done well athletically but also academically.

What type of college are you looking for?

Looking for a college serious about football success. I want to have the opportunity to play and get lots of reps. I will work hard to earn my spot, but just need the opportunity to show them what I got.
