About Will

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My play style is strong, quick, and coachable. I play both offense and defense. Track and field throwing enhances my explosiveness and upper body strength. This well-rounded training makes me a dynamic and versatile player.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I approach every challenge with a focused, determined mindset. I’m very coachable and open to feedback, always looking to get better.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’ve earned Academic All-Conference Honors and am actively involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Orchesis, Pep Club, and Student Council. Through these organizations, I dedicate my time to supporting local community events and giving back to those around me.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through my involvement in organizations like Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Orchesis, I’ve developed leadership skills, communication skills, and team building skills. My community service work has taught me empathy, time management, and how to work with others to achieve goals.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A significant challenge I faced was starting for varsity football as a sophomore. This was a challenge because I was competing with and against more experienced players. But, doing so allowed me to keep getting better and by being surrounded by good people gave me the opportunity to grow as a player.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that prioritizes strong academics while offering a successful football program. I want to go somewhere that I can gain incredible academics while also playing great football.
