Powell has spent the majority of his career playing on the OL, but is getting more work as a TE headed into his senior season. The TE spot is where he is getting the most recruiting attention. He is a big body who is best used as an extension of the OL, proving capable of getting movement in the run game. However, he has solid hands and has improved as a route runner all offseason. It sounds like his senior year will be his most complete year to date as a player.

An impressive right tackle on the rise at Cambridge High School in Milton, Georgia. Powell brings a lean, promising 6-foot-4, 250-pound frame to the table along with impressive mobility. He’s light on his feet, plays with balance, and still has the ability to over-power opposing edge defenders. He was one of the top tackles across North Fulton for the 2027 class last year, giving up zero sacks in pass protection last season as a junior. He shows D1 caliber talent and earned 2nd Team All Region honors last season. Don’t be surprised if he’s a 1st-team selection as a senior.
