Byars is an explosive runner, who shows great patience in the hole, he has superb vision and when he finds a crease he explodes to daylight with the speed to make a house call for six. He has a stout build with a powerful lower half and he runs with excellent leverage that allows him to break arm tackles. The Rice commit, ran for over 1,400 yards with 31 touchdowns last season and he returns for his senior season as one of the most dangerous rushers in the state of Texas in the class of 2025.
