Tyson is a 2027 safety that you can tell from the jump, plays with great range and instincts and surely is one I have on my radar to jump up our 2027 North Dakota rankings. Tyson is also on-point with timing with his ball-tracking ability and that is persistent on deep and intermediate routes. The 6’1 186 pounder from Grand Forks Central is also a physical tackler at the point of attack and has some position flexibility as far as which safety spot he could play at the next-level.

. The 6’1 185 pounder has not only a sound and consistent prese around the ball, but also shows off how sudden he can be when coming downhill as backup in pass coverage for his linebacking core. Tyson also appears as a free safety you can find from sideline to sideline and not only will you see him on our 2027 rankings, but he should be in our top 5 or so for defensive backs, which is a high jump from the watch list!
