. He’s another high upside prospect at the position who has done a lot of good things at the Class A level, and is someone we’ve seen compete at camps multiple times. We believe he has D2 ability after some time spent in a college strength program to continue filling out his long frame.

is proving why we consider him a Top 5 quarterback prospect in the class this season for the Tigers as our X-Factor pick. He’s thrown for 1,800 yards and 25 touchdowns to just 2 interceptions, and has also rushed for 300 yards and 6 more scores. Smith is a lanky athlete but has high upside as a college prospect once he fills out his 6’3 frame. Even as a small school quarterback, Smith has proven he has the tools to play at the D2 level in our eyes and is worthy of offers from that level.

shook off an early-season injury and bounced back well through the first three weeks of the season for the Tigers. He’s been very efficient in three games, completing 70% of his passes for 420 yards and 7 touchdowns with no interceptions. Smith has added two scores on the ground and has managed the offense well when healthy. He’s a very underrated QB prospect in this class with D2 ability in our eyes, especially once he develops his 6’3 frame at the next level.

, who earned a Top Performer spot at our Winter Stock Up Showcase and had another solid day at the Combine Series. He’s a tall but lanky athlete who will benefit from added size in the future once he’s in a college strength program. Smith is a very underrated athlete in his own right and tested well during the combine drills. Small school prospects are often overlooked, but Smith has a ton of upside and potential for the quarterback position. He had a very strong junior season for the Tigers in 2024, posting nearly 2,000 passing yards and 25 touchdowns.

who took home MVP honors. He now places as the #6 quarterback in the class after also having a very strong junior season for the Tigers. Smith threw for just under 2,000 yards and 25 touchdowns at the small school level as one of the top passers in Class A. He’s a lanky athlete who will benefit from added size with his 6’3 frame which will transform his game to new levels. Smith is also an underrated athlete who can take off and run when needed which he’ll be able to do more frequently with a more durable build. Although still a raw prospect, D2 programs should be keeping tabs on Smith next season as a potential offer-worthy candidate.

was the best quarterback on hand yesterday morning. While his measurables and testing numbers were good, Smith was very accurate throwing the ball all day.
During the individual drills and 1v1s Smith was the leader of the pack, nearly every thrown was on point. He is a big athletic FCS level prospect in my opinion, his full talent was on display all day. Smith earned the MVP honors in what was a great group overall.

made the move to Parkersburg South after the football season where he played basketball for the Patriots and showed a lot of good things during his time at Wirt. As a sophomore, Smith passed for 1,100 yards and 13 touchdowns on a team that heavily relied on its running game. There aren’t a lot of highlights available from his sophomore season, but from what is, Smith flashed some very good traits that can translate to Parkersburg South if he decides to continue playing football there. He has good length at 6’2 150 and can make strides in his development the more he fills out his longer frame. Smith also flashed smooth mechanics and operated well for a sophomore QB in his first year starting at the varsity level. The Patriots will be searching for a new quarterback in 2024, and Smith should be in the mix if he continues playing and has the talent to win the job.
