Eklund showed confidence in his ability to change direction and accelerate to top speed, consistently winning through crisp route breaks and separation in one‑on‑one drills. His hands were consistent, and he communicated well with coaching. Eklund caught my attention taking reps as a defensive back as well. He showed solid instincts, reading passes well, breaking quickly, and even forcing an interception. Eklund’s competitiveness and versatility make him a notable prospect on both sides of the ball.
