Easily one of the most promising 2026 gunslingers in the QB group at the Pro MN Athletics Camp in my eyes was Braham’s Garrett Lidke. He not only passed easily on the eye-test at a legit 6’4 180 pounds but I could tell the college coaches in attendance liked what they saw out of Garett too which was another bright side for his camp experience in Edina. He showed off sound footwork in the reps I got to watch on Saturday and showed off the quick rotation to his release with the mechanics he had at his disposal. I surely feel Garret looks to be next Braham Bombers product to play on Saturdays.

If I had to name a camp MVP, it would be Braham’s own Lidke. The owner of the fastest 40 time among all QBs, as well as the best broad jump (nearly 9 feet), Lidke also showed out during the competition portions of the camp. Possessing a phenomenal pocket passing frame and a big arm, he can stretch the field as well as any QB in the state. He can also put enough mustard on short passes, but also puts enough touch on his mid-level passes to perfectly float them into a wideout’s hands. I’m a big fan of Lidke’s game, and I’m psyched to see what he’s going to do during his senior campaign.

I don’t know what the odds of a town as small as Braham producing two college-level quarterbacks in two years are, but they can’t be high. Lidke’s size and arm jumped at me immediately, and rightfully so. True 6’3″ prospect with not nearly enough hype attached to his name. A pocket passer with a great arm and a penchant for hitting receivers on the run, Lidke hit windows in virtually every situation he was put in today. Dude looks like an out-state prospect who could turn up during his senior year.

Garrett Lidke had one of the best arms of any QB that I watched during this showcase. Lidke has a commanding presence under Center, and he delivered the ball to his receivers well, showing great power and zip on his release. Lidke has a natural pocket presence, though he clearly has athletic potential as he did a lot of rolling out of the pocket last season. Lidke is another underrated name that could turn heads and generate buzz heading into his senior season.
