Tye has certainly been a 2028 quarterback in this South Dakota class that has moved the needle in the 2025 season. He went 25/32, 300 passing yards and four total touchdowns against powering West Central last week in 11A. Tye might have one of the bigger deep ball arms in this class I have seen in the Dakotas and it’s hard to miss how accurate he was with his ball placement with those deep routes. I also love the quick progressions Tye makes when evaluating where to go with the ball, as it’s clear he has sound chemistry with his receiving core and that’s only going to get better with two more years of HS football under his belt. This young man will be a higher riser in our upcoming 2028 SD update.
