is going to be arguably Chandler’s top two-way players going into this year. On offense, Garver was absolutely electric in the passing game as a wide receiver. He emerged as one of their top targets, leading the team in touchdowns. Almost half of his receptions went for scores. He’s looking to leave no doubt this fall that he’s the team’s top target at wide receiver. On defense, Garver was also fifth on the team in tackles and led the team in interceptions. So whether it’s on offense or defense, Garver should be terrific.
