Although Lincoln East’s Turner Wilkie Turner Wilkie 6'1" | 200 lbs | QB Lincoln East | 2028 State NE only saw the field sparingly as a freshman, the flashes he showed and the work he’s put in this offseason has earned his the spot of the top ranked QB in this update. Turner has promising arm talent as he displays the strength to throw it to all levels of the field and can deliver it with great timing/accuracy. Turner also seems to have honed in on some of the nuances of being a QB including his footwork and throwing mechanics which look a step ahead of other quarterbacks I’ve seen going into their sophomore year. Wilkie has been very busy this offseason, attending several P4 camps and turning heads along the way. Won’t be long before we start hearing more buzz around Turner’s name on the recruiting circuit.
