EMF’s Truman Milton Truman Milton 6'3" | 210 lbs | TE/EDGE Exeter-Milligan-Friend | 2027 State NE was a solid surprise out of the 8-man ranks as he flashes a raw skillset with tons of potential. Truman did a little of everything for the Bobcats as he posted 353 receiving yards, 329 rushing yards, 65 passing yards, six receiving touchdowns, five rushing touchdowns, and a passing touchdown on offense. He also recorded 43 tackles, 11 TFLs, eight sacks, and three fumble recoveries. It’s hard to project him to just one position because I could see Truman receive looks at either tight end or OLB/edge. Offensively, Truman provides a big-bodied target at 6’3″, 210 pounds with a lengthy catch radius and strong hands. He flashes solid athleticism after the catch, with a good burst as he turns upfield and the acceleration to separate from defenders. You also have to account for him being used as a blocker or being schemed up to take the ball on a direct snap or on designed runs. On defense, Milton is scary when he can just tee off on QBs, showing quickness at the snap and violent hands to disengage from defenders. He can hit hard once he gets to the ball carrier and uses good form to secure the stop. Sleeper 8-man prospect who should be receiving more looks!
