Milsap was the player that I was very impressed with on the offensive side of the football. He has been one of the better players on that roster, but we will see how his development works. Milsap isn’t the biggest guy, but he definitely could put on weight and develop into something. Milsap is a two-way star, who has the chance to develop on both sides and could play either way at the next level, although I am a fan of him at WR.
