just ran a 4.27s 40-yard dash at 6’0″, 200 lbs., rushed for 1,300+ yards over the past two seasons, and still doesn’t have a D1 offer. Though the numbers aren’t astronomically impressive, the explosive playmaking ability is fully there. Once he touches the football, very few players have the type of speed to catch up to him.
Mills should be able to drum up some more interest once he’s able to spend an entire season at running back, which sounds like the plan heading into his senior year. Consistency and production were the only things holding him back until now, and there’s a very good chance that we could be hearing his name quite a bit throughout the 2026 high school season.

, who most recently ran a ridiculous 4.27 40! He is a home run hitter who is the type of back if he gets to the outside their are not many (If any at all) defenders who can catch him. Still without an FBS offer, Mills is another candidate that should see some opportunities coming this week.
Good height and frame. Good athletic ability with very good speed, acceleration, good balance, change of direction, short-area quickness, and explosiveness. Good vision and block keys in the backfield, with a very good burst through the hole to the second level, accelerating with good balance. Good elusiveness and short-area quickness to evade second-level defenders and quickly get to full speed that will outrun most people he faces on the high school field. Shows willingness to lower shoulder through contact to take on a hit. Overall, a good running back who can be used in Zone and Gap schemes, who has the brain and balance to run up the middle, and the speed and vision for outside run plays.
