As we dive deeper into the recruitment landscape for the class of 2027, standout player Tiger Xiong Tiger Xiong 6'4" | 230 lbs | DL The Governor’s Academy | 2027 State New E from The Governor’s Academy in Massachusetts is making waves in the collegiate football scene. Standing tall at 6’4″ and weighing 230 pounds as a defensive lineman, Tiger’s athleticism and skills have caught the attention of numerous prestigious programs.
Recently, Tiger shared, “I have had a long call with Head Coach Mandigo from Middlebury and one with Coach Caputi soon. I’ve been invited to the junior days of Brown by Coach Morrissey, Columbia by Coach Taylor, and Cornell by Head Coach Swanstrom. Other junior days I’ve been invited to include UNH, Marist, and New Haven. I also received communication from Coach Fein at Harvard. While I haven’t visited any schools yet, I’m looking forward to participating in all the Ivy junior days this spring.”
