He always makes the right decision in the hole, and always takes the edge and turns the corner when given the chance. Toher glides when he runs, it’s unbelievably smooth, and his lower half is super fluid. He’s a very complete runner, but I’d love to see him in the receiving game a bit more. That’s really the only visible hole in his game that I can see. I’m really excited to see him in his senior year. I think he could put together a really impressive season.
