Theo is yet another Cardinal athlete that you had to see in the 11A state championship game to get a live eval on as there isn’t much tape out there on him. Obviously the Romfo last name runs deep in Langdon, so I have gotten a slight grasp of what this young man brought to the table but we saw most of it at the FargoDome. The 6’3 230 pounder is a tight end that I feel could play at the next-level, especially after seeing how sudden he was after the catch on his receiving touchdown and the athleticism peaked on other areas of the field as well. He was one that had good fluidity as a route-runner and had violent intentions as a blocker from what I watched on Friday.
