Williams played mostly on the outside during his senior season and was a very high IQ player and smart runner in the open field. He shows he can track the ball over the top and has strong hands when making contested catches downfield or when coming back to the ball when needed. He is still developing as a quick twitched route runner but shows positive flashes and growth potential at the position as he has a strong build, natural hands and shows some tackle breaking abilities and good contact balance in the open field.
