It takes some digging to find highlights of Berlett’s sophomore season of 2025 on line. The Fort Madison quarterback can be seen during Bloodhound game videos on his Hudl page. The clips show how he was able to throw for a team-high 567 yards and four touchdowns. Berlett is adept at the quick game, getting the ball out of his hand in a hurry and putting it on the receiver. He does a nice job cycling through his progressions and sees the field well. Berlett can get the ball down the field and looks comfortable rolling out and throwing in both directions. He’s a good athlete with speed, traits that would work at other positions, including defensive back. Berlett laid the foundation last fall for what could be a breakout campaign in 2026.
