Lambert is an explosive receiver who has shown the ability to turn limited opportunities into game changing plays. He has recorded 16 receptions for 431 yards and eight touchdowns, averaging an impressive 26.9 yards per reception. Lambert’s 93 yard reception shows the speed to take the top off of a defense but his impact goes beyond simply catching deep passes. He has also shown the ability to create after the catch, including an 80yard touchdown on a slant route where he broke a couple of tackles and then out ran everyone in the open field. His combination of speed, separation and explosiveness makes him a difficult matchup for opposing defenses. Lambert has quickly become a small school prospect worth adding to the radar as the season continues.
