Shay Strencocky is having an excellent year for Pottsville. The most notable aspect of his film is his versatility. On offense, he played as a wide receiver and as a tight end. I like how he lines up all over the field on offense. He lined up as a slot receiver, a wing-back, and even in the backfield as a fullback. In all these positions, he shows a good ability to block. He is also excellent at getting into motion, catching the ball, and gaining yards after the catch. He even has a touchdown on one of these plays. Then, as a safety, he has excellent coverage skills as he plays the ball and the man at a high level, so he gets pass breakups. He also shows versatility on defense; on a few clips, he lined up as a strong safety. He even lined up as a stand-up defensive end on one play. Strencosky is a good player who has the potential to play even better.

I like how he plays as a deep safety and reads plays at a high level. He is excellent at reading the play and making tackles in the open field. I love how he flies upfield and makes tackles at a high level. He also shows good ball skills as he can break up passes at a high level. He also played some wide receivers. In week 2 he caught a touchdown pass by running a good route and catching the ball. Strencosky is a good player who is highly skilled and should play even better going forward.

I like how he stays in front of wide receivers, while also playing against the deep pass. He also does a great job when the ball is in the air by attacking it and knocking it down. He is a good tackler who tackles ball carriers well in the open field. Strencosky should also pick up offense next year and contribute as a wide receiver. He is a good player who should only improve.
