About Semmie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m an athletic, big QB with and strong arm. I think I play like Josh Allen with a ton of passion for the game.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am driven and focused on becoming the best player I can be. I bring high energy and positivity to keep my team focused on doing what we do best and shutting out the noise.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

FCA, NJHS

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed a love for keeping my team as well as my little brother’s teams in a positive mindset. Push them to work hard and give it there all. I enjoy helping others in anyway I can. I do this by supporting our local special Olympics and working with players who might need extra help.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have had off season ankle and foot injuries in the last 2 of 3 of the last seasons. I try to stay focused on what I can work on and focus on those improvements. I feel I’ve comeback stronger each time.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college where I feel I connect well with the coaching staff first. I want to be in a place where I’m pushed to excel everyday. I look forward to leading a team to achieve the goals we mutually set.

Semmie Guenther Semmie Guenther Semmie Guenther 6'5" | 208 lbs | QB/LS Gentry | 2028 State AR demonstrated very good arm strength, hitting 40+ yards with ease and accuracy throughout camp. He displayed good ball placement when attacking the intermediate and deep levels of the field and hitting his receivers in stride. Guenther possesses solid mechanics and footwork in the pocket with the angle freedom on his release. The young prospect is a riser and someone to watch throughout 2025.

Semi Guenther is a prospect we are excited to have back at our camp. He previously attended our showcase in January and truly impressed us. He displays the ability to be consistent with his 1-to-3 step drops, utilizing solid footwork and hip torque to generate the velocity needed to fit the ball into tight windows, all while maintaining good ball placement at all levels. Guenther possesses good arm strength and mechanics. Keep an eye on him at camp and throughout 2025.
