Semaj is a route technician. I saw it multiple times on Saturday, but Sunday he absolutely came to play. He fires off with a sweet release, and is able to hit his top end speed quickly. At the top of his route, he changes direction quickly and puts the defender on his back side, allowing him to give his QB an easy target. His catch radius is huge, and when he goes up for it, he’s able to pluck it out of the air and come down with it. He was an extremely important piece to his teams deep run on Sunday.

- 5’10, 165 pounds. 3.0 GPA. Has some impressive self-reported weight room testing numbers on Hudl.
- Posted a mid-season tape about two weeks prior to writing. Said tape will be the source of this brief and early evaluation. I applaud Robinson’s efforts to get as much tape up on Hudl as possible, great for an underclassman. A back at Plum Borough who operates out of gun looks comfortably. Reads his gaps inside out really well. Scoring in different ways, either runs between the tackles or in the passing game catching swings out of the backfield. Proving to be a three-down back and a threat to score in both offensive facets isn’t common among underclassmen. Third rep on tape gives you a real idea of Robinson’s play-making ability, scoring after a 10-yard crosser was reeled in with four defenders in-line to potentially make a tackle. Robinson reads his blocks in the open field and outpaces everyone, his best rep on tape IMO. Production will make me feel comfortable ranking him well among 2028 peers. Would love to see how he performs in a camp setting against elite competition, I’d bet he’d hold up well. Fun football player to learn about, Robinson does have exemplary defensive reps stationed at DB as well. I recommend he move up some of his better reps to make sure coaches are aware of his two-way prowess.
